Van Soest Service & Beveiliging is looking for motivated security professionals who want to make a difference in the transport sector. Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Do you have a keen eye for safety, a flexible attitude, and a hands-on mentality? Then we're looking for you!
What are you going to do?
As a security officer in the transport sector, you are responsible for the safety of people, goods, and business processes. Your duties include:
- Access control for staff, visitors and trucks
- Inspection rounds on the site and in buildings
- Camera surveillance and control room activities
- Reporting suspicious situations and taking appropriate action
- Preparing reports and communicating with colleagues and managers
What do we expect from you?
- In possession of a Security Officer 2 diploma
- Driving license B and own transportation
- Representative, customer-friendly and stress-resistant
- Willing to work in shifts (day, evening, night and weekends)
- Experience in the transport/logistics sector is an advantage
- Good command of the Dutch language, English is a plus
